Cancellation of the Kiel Marathon 2022
Dear friends of the famila Kiel Marathon,
Until the very end, we had hoped that our event could take place on 26th February 2022. But as we know, the event takes place in the cold season, where participants stay indoors before and after the run. The large number of runners and the respectively small size of our premises, do not make it possible for us to monitor and ensure compliance with the currently prescribed hygiene measures.
For 2022, we have to cancel the famila Kiel Marathon.
We are already looking ahead to 25th February 2023 and hope that the situation will be more relaxed by then.
We will do everything we can to ensure that the event can take place again as usual.
